

Dried Baobab leaves.
The baobab is an amazing tree from Africa. The baobab leaf rich in calcium and iron, also contains phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus manganese and zinc. It is also composed of amino acids, provitamin A and vitamin C.
Dried baobab leaves have many benefits.
Usage tips :
The baobab leaf can be consumed as an herbal tea, enter into the composition of culinary preparation, or be applied as a mask on the skin or hair.
Preparation for 2 glasses of herbal tea or infusion of baobab leaves, a super antioxidant drink:
Heat 20cl of water and infuse 2 pinches of dried Baobab leaves for 5 minutes. Filter and enjoy.
Preparation for a bath:
Pour a liter of hot water over 3 tablespoons of baobab leaves, leave to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, so as to obtain a well-sustained infusion, filter, and add it, still lukewarm, to the water in your bath (stay at least 15 minutes in the bath).
